Before he came to WAY-FM, Wally worked at various rock stations for a number of years, and he even did a couple years at Radio Disney (that was bizarre). Most recently Wally did a morning show at one of the biggest alternative rock stations in the country, 99x in Atlanta. "I know what it's like to live in the real world and have your faith tested every day," says Wally, "The fact is you probably work in a place where other people don't understand your values or beliefs either.
I can relate to that. I also know what it's like to be less than perfect in that world. The bottom line for me is... if you are the kind of person who hears the Bible verse 'let he who is without sin cast the first stone,' and you look for cover instead of a rock... you're going to love this show."

Donna has been a radio personality for many years and spent time in Top 40 and Rock radio before joining ministry radio in 2002. She has also had a stint on VH1's Rock Across America, had a recipe published in a cook book, worked as an Entertainment reporter, continues Public speaking at seminars and retreats. Donna is on the air weekdays in the Midday and hopes you'll enjoy the music and use it as a transitioning time to go from work or school to the best part of the day- reconnecting with those you work so hard for in the first place.
Life is busy and Donna lives right there with you in the thick of it. Trying to balance real life, faith and goals both long and short term. If you 'get' that, you'll fit right in...unless, of course you're perfect. In that case, this is no place for you! :) Take time to hear the music and take time to celebrate the fact that we're all a mess together.

Real life issues, real life questions and some really funny answers. Always honest, always real and never judgmental. She never quite fit the traditional Christian mold...he's a former hippie choir boy with a lot of love and a little bit of crazy. Melissa is a self proclaimed Martha Stewart wannabe who is married with a fabulous 6 year old daughter and crazy dog. Matt is happily married to his first sweetheart and they're enjoying the adventure of raising three boys. Fun, quirky and relevant...Melissa and Matt.

Stu started in radio as an intern in the prize department at KIISFM in LA. Being bitten by the radio bug, Stu has held almost every position possible at several radio stations around the country...some he did better than others!
Stu's a husband to his beautiful wife Lisa and Dad to his cool kiddo Dean. He's passionate about relationships - with God and with others. Because - really - isn't that what life boils down to?

Marcia has been on the air at WAY-FM since 1997.
Born in Chicago, Raised in Ohio, Marcia’s radio career began rather accidentally. Originally pursuing a career in music, Bob Augsburg heard a demo of her voice work and hired her for the overnight position at WAY-FM Nashville with no resume or experience in the field (now that's bravery!). Nearly 14 years later, she's still a working vocalist for bands like the Funk Brothers of Motown and Country music star Lorrie Morgan; and keeps watch over the late night hours here on the radio.
