Let's suppose for a moment these 100,000 Indy 500 fans represent the 100,000 listeners tuning in to WAY-FM in a given week. Just like these fans, if you're listening to WAY-FM on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 18th and 19th, you'll be witnessing a “500 mile” race of your own, a fundraiser we've dubbed the “Race to 500.”
The Race to 500 is a simple, two-day fundraiser. Basically, we’re asking you to consider being one of 500 people to donate $100 to WAY-FM during these two days.

During this 2-day fundraiser, WAY-FM needs to hear from just 500 of our 100,000 listeners who can each support WAY-FM with a single donation of $100. That’s it. $100 that can be fulfilled at any time over the next several months from 500 people. That’s just one half of one percent of the people who listen to WAY-FM in a given week. You might say each person who gives represents a mile in our very own 500 mile race.

WAY-FM’s Family Fun Fest - July 30th! |
Wow, what a day it was!!!
Thanks so much to everyone who came out to our first ever Family Fun Fest.
Hundreds of families enjoyed bouncy games, water balloon launchers, hair and face painting, a visit from Wally (host of Total Axxess), Bob & Larry from VeggieTales, Magician Mr. Randy, Domino's Pizza, Purity Dairies, 9 Fruits, SoulWalk, Grace Christian Academy, Franklin YMCA, The People's Church and pureNRG!
